Securing A Commitment To Safety Change
Any business that desires to continuously improve safety — or just keep up with its competitors — has to commit to change. 

This course introduces the need to manage the safety change process in the work place.  It offers practical guidelines that should be followed in any change situation and introduces a basic six-step change management model.  This change management model is illustrated using a client-specific safety change situation. 

The course encourages commitment to change by teaching steps to overcoming resistance, particularly the five most common obstacles to change.  The course is taught from a unique perspective with relevant illustrations and client-specific case studies.
